Privacy notice. Short, because there isn't much to say.
This site carries no advertising and sells nothing about you. It uses Google Analytics to count visits, and forms to hear from you. Here's exactly what it collects, and why.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where they come from. It sets first-party cookies to tell returning visitors from new ones. Google anonymizes IP addresses before they're stored, and advertising features and cross-site signals are switched off. We don't connect analytics to anything you type into a form. You can block it with any content blocker or Google's opt-out add-on; the site works the same without it.
What we collect, and when
Only what you type into a form. The readiness-call form asks for your name, work email, company, role and the process on your mind. The maturity assessment asks for your name, work email, industry, company size and the process you're scoring. It also asks, optionally, how many people touch it, the hours per week and a loaded hourly cost. Pressing "See my result" sends us your answers and a PDF of your report, built in your browser, so we can email you the written version. That's the moment the data leaves your browser. The PDF is built on your device by a small open-source library loaded from cdnjs.cloudflare.com; nothing you type is sent to it.
Booking a call on the booking page creates an event in our Google Calendar with you as a guest. Google sends the invitation and generates the Meet link. Your name, email, company and notes go into that event and nowhere else.
The AI models report form asks for your name, work email, industry, company size and the workflow you're interested in. If you leave the weekly box ticked, we email you each edition, one message a week, no sequence, unsubscribe with one click. Untick it and you get this edition only.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare for a conversation. Apart from the weekly report you opt into, we don't add you to a mailing list or run automated sequences. We don't sell or share it either. Submissions are stored in our website provider's form system and in our email.
Who processes it
Netlify hosts the site, stores form submissions and runs the booking function. Google Calendar holds booked calls and sends invitations. Google Analytics processes visit statistics as described above. When a page loads, your browser also requests partner logos from Brandfetch. Like any web request, it receives your IP address and the page address. It doesn't receive anything you type.
Your rights
Ask us at info@canteraworks.com to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you and we'll do it within a business week. If you're in the EU, UK or California, the same address is the contact for any request under GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA. We keep submissions for as long as the conversation is live and delete them on request.
